CARPENTER

A carpenter is a skilled tradesperson who works with wood and other materials to construct, install, repair, and renovate buildings, furniture, frameworks, and other wooden structures.

Types of Carpenters

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels) and power tools (drills, sanders, nail guns)
  • Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
  • Work with other construction professionals (plumbers, electricians, masons)
